Key Responsibilities:

• Present beverage menus; take orders from serving employees or directly from guests; offer recommendations and answer all related inquiries

• Monitor inventory; order and restock all bar supplies

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests, manage all department’s related operations (check in/out, payments, keep front desk tidy, answer and redirect all incoming calls and e mails, receive letters or packages and distribute them)
• Audit and balance reports from the day shifts; check figures, postings and documents for accuracy; record, store and analyze computerized financial information
• Follow the department cashier and credit card closure procedure; prepare a summary of cash, check and credit card activities
• Build full knowledge of resort and hotel facilities, activities, daily events and special food and beverage events
• Check to see that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments; liaise and cooperate with other departments (reservations, housekeeping, maintenance)

 Food and Beverage Manager

Position Summary

The Food and Beverage Manager will have to lead and motivate all food and beverage teams ensuring consistency and high standards of customer service across the Resort. This position allows for great growth and development within the Resort. The main objective is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures according to corporate standards, develop plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
• Monitor F&B costs and recommend measures to control them when needed
• Work with Food and Beverage leadership team and Service Manager to determine areas of concern and develop strategies to improve the department's financial performance
• Ensure that all departmental project milestones are met and adhering to the approved budgets
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue and productivity reports for management information and improve the profitability of all F&B outlets
• Conduct audits in Food and Beverage departments to ensure proper recording of revenue
• Participate in menu design preparations, food tasting, costing and implementation of menus and wine lists
• Prepare the weekly work schedule of all Food and Beverage Department employees
• Participate in the training of employees, identify and analyze training needs and perform appraisals
• Ensure the smooth operation of all Food and Beverage outlets; handle operational problems
• Preserve excellent levels of customer service; respond to all guest requests / complaints
• Prepare reports for management information and improve the profitability of all F&B outlets

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager preferable within a 5* Luxury Hotel
• Excellent knowledge of English language; a second language (German of Russian) will beconsidered as a plus
• Computer literacy (Excel and Fidelio) and experience in financial systems (Entersoft, Micros Pos and Twinsoft)

Chef de Cuisine

Location: Ouranoupolis, Ηalkidiki

Position Summary

The Chef will be responsible for all culinary activities. He will have to support, oversee and coordinate kitchen staff, deliver consistently high-quality food items, handle purchase orders and ensure that all dishes are prepared in accordance with company standards with a view to maximizing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Executive Chef of Eagles Resort; Coordinate and supervise all kitchen staff’s activities and steward’s team; perform all duties of culinary and related kitchen area employees in high demand times
• Modify menus, create new ones and develop recipes; standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality, participate in other menu planning activities, recipe testing and menu development
• Oversee set-up and service for each meal; check and improve flavor, presentation, temperature and portions prepared before and during meal times
• Organize, assign and actively participate in the preparation of all dishes, coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef
• Assist in recruitment and in the training of kitchen team, motivate employees to assure excellent results; identify and analyze training needs and perform appraisals
• Estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that company standards are met at all times
• Observe HACCP hygiene and safety rules; supervise the hygiene and maintenance of all food preparation areas

Position Summary

The Childcare Manager is responsible for the overall operation and management of the Children’s Club, ensuring that all children are cared for in a safe, secure, and nurturing environment. Responsibilities 

• Ensure guests and their children receive the highest standard of childcare at all times, maintaining a safe, clean, hygienic, and stimulating environment
• Organise, manage and oversee the Kids Club for children aged 4 years and above
• Lead, supervise and support a team of nannies/childcare staff, adopting a flexible approach and stepping in when required

• Organise and supervise weekly off-site excursions and resort-based activities
• Coordinate evening entertainment and special events during peak weeks (July and August)

Απαραίτητα προσόντα/Προσωπικά χαρακτηριστικά:

• Προϋπηρεσία 2-3 ετών σε ανάλογη θέση
• Πτυχίο σχετικής ειδικότητας θα εκτιμηθεί
• Εμπειρία και γνώση σε εγκαταστάσεις αερίου ή κλιματισμού θα εκτιμηθεί
• Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής γλώσσας

Απαραίτητα προσόντα / Προσωπικά χαρακτηριστικά:

• Προϋπηρεσία 2-4 ετών σε ανάλογη θέση ιδανικά σε ξενοδοχεία πολυτελείας
• Πτυχίο ηλεκτρολόγου ή άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος
• Δίπλωμα οδήγησης Β΄ κατηγορίας 
• Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής γλώσσας, η γνώση αγγλικών θα εκτιμηθεί
• Ευχάριστη, ευγενική και ενθουσιώδης προσωπικότητα

Sales Executive

Location: Thessaloniki

Position Summary

The Sales Executive, based in Thessaloniki, will support the growth of the leisure and event segments of Eagles Resort by identifying partner needs, craft tailored proposals, and building lasting relationships with event planners, individual clients, and key leisure accounts. The role also contributes to event sales by coordinating corporate and social functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand leisure and FIT sales through regular communication with travel agents, partners, and clients
• Create customized rate proposals, seasonal offers, promotional packages, and Banquet Event Proposals (BEPs)
• Monitor allotments, availability, and partner performance to maximize revenue
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and property tours for leisure and event clients
• Support event sales by coordinating corporate and social functions, preparing proposals, and collaborating on pricing, menus, and sales budgets
• Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure all event details are communicated effectively to internal teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry or relevant sales department
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent command of Greek and English language
• Availability to travel as required
• Strong business acumen, industry knowledge and exceptional communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results
