He is the owner of the most famous and successful greek restaurants, including “Spondi” (2 star Michelin awarded) and Hytra (1 star Michelin Awarded). He has collaborated with multiple international chefs and created the most successful gastronomy events in Greece.
As a consultant at Eagles Palace, Apostolos Trastelis will be in charge of all Restaurants and bars in the hotel, creating spectacular and memorable dining experiences from scrumptious breakfasts buffets in Melathron and Lofos, to traditional lunches in Armyra, to Italian perfection in Eleon by Fuga and fine dining experiences in Kamares by Spondi.
